Text Publishing is looking for an enthusiastic publicist to join its energetic, highly effective publicity team. Duties include initiating and running publicity campaigns, media liaison, author caretaking, writing sales materials, and arranging and attending author events. The successful applicant will demonstrate a love of books, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and great organisational and multi-tasking abilities. Applicants should have previous experience either in the book trade or in a publicity role, and experience working with children’s and young adult books would be looked upon favourably.
