Who decides what’s Classic?

Text Publisher Michael Heyward is joined by Jane Gleeson-White (Australian Classics), Ramona Koval (Best Australian Essays 2011) and David McCooey (Macquarie PEN Anthology of Australian Literature) to discuss who decides the canon, what purpose it serves, and if a definitive list could be agreed upon.

Actors will read excerpts from select texts, with chair Michael Williams.
