Mum’s the word

Being a mother can be the hardest yet most rewarding ‘job’ in the world. Its relentless nature can make it difficult for women to separate the many parts of their being. The catch-cry that “women can have it all” is tempered by the difficult reality of finding that elusive work/life/family balance. Come away with a new perspective after hearing three female authors share their insights on the tears and triumphs of motherhood in the 21st century.

This session is chaired by Denise Archie, with Dr Leslie Cannold, Joanne Fedler, Kerri Sackville.

The Sydney Jewish Writers' Festival is a biennial, festival dedicated to celebrating the richness and diversity of Jewish writing. It showcases the talents of writers from around Australia and overseas who identify as Jewish or who write on Jewish themes.
