Melbourne Library invites you to an evening of discussion and celebration of the life and work of three of Australia’s finest women writers, Ruth Park, Madeleine St John and Mary Durack.

These writers reflected the Australian society and culture of their time.

Our special guests will be Brenda Niall, one of Australia’s foremost biographers, Helen Trinca, editor of the Australian and Alice Pung, well-known Melbourne writer. Michael Heyward, Managing Director of Text Publishing, will lead a lively discussion.
