Hot on the heels of its Melbourne cousin is this year’s Brisbane Writers Festival.

Boasting a lineup of 250 authors from around the world, this year’s festival will feature an opening address by Noel Pearson, a closing address by Tom Keneally, and continue to develop the popular Word Play program for young writers, readers and illustrators (grade 4–12).
